Unlimited and nearly free travel in Budapest on Valentine’s Day!

The BudapestGO app was launched two years ago. Thus, BKK celebrates the second birthday of the app with a special ticket price and a prize draw! This means that unlimited travel in Budapest on BKK lines will be practically free on the day of love, 14 February.
Birthday ticket for HUF 150
The Budapest Transport Centre (Budapesti Közlekedési Központ, BKK) is celebrating the second anniversary of the BudapestGO application with a special offer ticket: on 14 February, you can buy a day ticket for HUF 150 (EUR 0,39), which allows unlimited travel on all lines throughout the day, hvg.hu reports.
The special birthday ticket can already be purchased on 12 February in the BudapestGO app and other mobile ticketing apps. However, it can only be used from 00:00 to 23:59 on 14 February.
BKK wrote: “the BudapestGO szüliNAPIjegy (birthDAYticket) is valid within the administrative boundaries of Budapest on lines 1-99, 101-299, 900-999, M1, M2, M3, M4, H5, H6, H7, H8, H9, D14, on specified MÁV-START trains and on designated suburban services of VOLÁNBUSZ”.
