The approximate cost is EUR 20, but if you check out Ryanair’s website, you will find cheaper as well as more expensive tickets. The Irish budget airline believes that the fares are comparable to the cost of a luxury Easter egg.

Based on their announcement, the sale began today and will end tomorrow at midnight. The number of destinations Ryanair provides cheap tickets to is 230. From Budapest, the airline included two destinations in this special offer: Trieste and Sofia.
Trieste, the pearl of the Adriatic
Trieste is an ancient Northern Adriatic port city, once belonging to the Austrian-Hungarian Empire’s Austria part. After WWI, it was independent for a short while, then it became part of Italy. The city’s architecture reflects previous influences with Roman ruins like a theatre and archway, alongside Baroque and Neoclassical buildings from later periods. The captivating city is often called “the city of writers” due to its association with notable authors such as Italo Svevo and Umberto Saba. James Joyce also lived in the Italian city for a while, leaving behind a legacy that includes his statue along Ponte Rosso. Travelling to Trieste opens up further options to Slovenia and Croatia’s Istria peninsula region.
