Spanish star chef Dani García opened new restaurant in Budapest and visited a famous market here

Spanish star chef Dani García, who boasts three Michelin stars, opened a new restaurant in the Hungarian capital, extending the colourful gastronomic offer of our magnificent city. BiBo Budapest is the latest member of the world-known Dani García Group. Furthermore, the Spanish star chef was spotted in a Budapest market after the opening of the new restaurant.

Two restaurants opened by Dani García in Budapest

December 2024 saw the opening of the newest members of the Dani García Group, the BiBo Budapest under 11 Apáczai Csere János Street in Budapest’s illustrious 5th district, the heart of the city. According to their website, the BiBo brand offers an unparalleled dining experience and “was born in 2014 from Dani García’s desire to reform the fine dining experience in Marbella. By merging his Andalusian heritage and drawing inspiration from his worldwide endeavours, he offers a casual dining concept that celebrates his personal favourites.”

Furthermore, the place offers an exclusive rooftop bar with a breathtaking panoramic view. In May, Mr García opened the Alelí Italian restaurant in Budapest’s Wekerle Sándor Street, also in the 5th district. The new restaurant opened near the world-known Vörösmarty Square, which hosts one of the most beautiful Christmas markets. The new restaurant is in BDPST Group’s five-star Dorothea Hotel and was opened on 15 May by Dani García. Check out more details about the restaurant in THIS article.
