Chef Viktor Csuklich has placed a strong emphasis on seasonality and closeness to nature, creating dishes from fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and locally sourced ingredients. The carefully maintained rooftop garden and the hotel’s own herb collection not only inspire creativity in the kitchen but also symbolise sustainability and care.

Our editorial team also had the chance to sample the menu. We chose the “Quinoa with marinated carrot, avocado, roasted chickpeas, cashews, and baby salad with shrimp” as a starter, followed by the “Herb-crusted mangalica pork tenderloin with thyme jus, cauliflower purée, and caramelised baby carrot” as the main course. Both dishes offered an excellent gastronomic experience, which makes us highly recommend this seasonal menu to our readers.
