Concerts, performances, and colourful activities highlight local talents week after week. Now, the November cultural programme line-up has arrived, offering countless new experiences and opportunities to unwind – whether you’re looking for a family outing, a get-together with friends, or a moment of personal inspiration.

Time Out Market Budapest, which opened its doors at the end of September in the iconic Corvin Palace on Blaha Lujza Square, has already become one of the capital’s most exciting gastronomic and cultural destinations. The Market’s unique concept brings the best of the city – and beyond – together under one roof: a curated mix of top chefs, restaurateurs, drinks, and cultural experiences. Launched in Lisbon in 2014, the Time Out Market concept has since grown into a global network. Budapest is now one of 13 locations worldwide, joining the ranks of major cities such as New York, Montréal, Osaka, Cape Town, and Dubai.

Spanning nearly 2,500 square meters, the Market is home to eleven restaurants, three bars, and five event spaces, offering guests the chance to enjoy the city’s best flavours and vibrant atmosphere at communal tables. Alongside its curated culinary offerings, Time Out Market Budapest hosts a year-round programme of music, cultural, and family-friendly events – and this November, it proudly presents its latest line-up.

Monthly special events this November

11 November 2025, Tuesday: Libalicious – St. Martin’s Day at Time Out Market Budapest

St. Martin’s Day is one of the most well-known autumn traditions, celebrated with goose dishes and good wine according to custom. The holiday is linked to Saint Martin, bishop of Tours, who was admired for his kindness and humility. Legend has it that when he tried to hide to avoid being appointed bishop, the honking of geese gave away his hiding place – making the goose a lasting symbol of St. Martin’s Day. The occasion also marked the last great feast before the Advent fast, traditionally celebrated with hearty meals and cheerful festivities.

On November 11, Time Out Market Budapest invites guests on a special gastronomic journey featuring goose, wine, and live music. On this day, everything revolves around the goose: participating restaurants will offer carefully curated, unique St. Martin’s Day dishes in honor of the occasion. St. Martin’s Day is also known as a celebration for winemakers, as it traditionally marks the time when the first new wines of the year are ready.

At Time Out Market Budapest, this evening will see the debut of Vylyan Bogyólé’s 2025 vintage, which guests will have the chance to taste here first. To mark the occasion, each St. Martin’s Day goose dish comes with a complimentary glass of Vylyan Bogyólé (while supplies last), making the experience truly complete. Everyone is warmly invited to savour the finest goose dishes, raise a glass to the new vintage, and enjoy the sounds of live jazz at this evening rich in flavour and music.

Time Out Market Budapest’s official drinks partner, Absolut Vodka, celebrates creativity this year with a new, limited-edition bottle, spotlighting one of pop art’s most iconic figures: Keith Haring. The Absolut Haring Artist-Edition brings Haring’s vibrant and energetic world to new generations, almost four decades after the artist first painted the legendary bottle in 1986. Absolut celebrates creativity not only through design but also in flavour: the Absolut Haring Fizz, Absolut Haring Collins, and Absolut Haring Screw cocktails capture the artist’s globetrotting spirit with East-meets-West flavour combinations.

These unique drinks boldly blend tastes inspired by Haring’s love for Asian cuisine, such as sesame oil and ginger, with bright notes of apple, orange, and citrus, representing simplicity and accessibility for all. The result carries the same message as Haring’s art itself: art – and enjoyment – belong to everyone.

As an exclusive offer, the Absolut Haring signature cocktails – the Absolut Haring Collins and the Absolut Haring Screw – will be available for a limited time from November 10 to 23 at the ABSOLUT BAR in Time Out Market Budapest. Click and check out their website.
