New ownership at a Lake Balaton marina-side hotel in Siófok

From January 2026, Hotel Yacht Wellness & Business Siófok continues operations under a new management structure. The joint venture established last summer by Accent Hotel Management and WING, which also operates the Best Western Plus Lakeside Hotel in Székesfehérvár takes over the management of the hotel.
By assuming operation of the year-round Balaton hotel, the two companies aim to ensure long-term stability and competitiveness, while further enhancing the guest experience in both the business and leisure segments.
Located in the marina of Siófok, the 70-room hotel features a 300 square-metre conference centre on the upper level, as well as a 1,000 square-metre panoramic wellness area, which together play a key role in positioning Hotel Yacht Siófok as an attractive destination throughout the year. Going forward, operations will focus on the continuous development and maintenance of high-quality services, while the new operating model combines professional day-to-day management, revenue optimisation and the application of unified quality standards.
WING’s development and property management expertise, supported by numerous domestic and international references, contributes to cost-efficient and sustainable operations, while Accent Hotel Management’s extensive professional experience strengthens daily operations, team support and market presence. The joint venture formed by the two companies also operates the WING owned Best Western Plus Lakeside Hotel in Székesfehérvár.

Why is hotel development strategically important for WING?
WING views hotels as long-term value-generating assets that combine real estate development with stable operational performance. Its hotel projects typically focus on prime locations, strong brand partnerships, and year-round utilisation, helping ensure high occupancy rates and sustainable returns even in changing market conditions.
