Hungarian parties in the Carpathian Basin congratulated Magyar

VMSZ

President of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians (VMSZ) Bálint Pásztor congratulated the Tisza Party and party leader Peter Magyar “on their clear victory” on Sunday. In a Facebook post, Pásztor thanked all Hungarians from Vojvodina who exercised their right to vote. “This meant more than 60,000 votes; they stood behind Fidesz almost as one person,” he added.

“I thank Fidesz and [outgoing Prime Minister] Viktor Orbán for the patriotic policy they have built over the past 16 years: that we can be citizens, that our institutions have developed, that we have been able to implement the economic development plan throughout the Carpathian Basin,” he said.

Pásztor said that VMSZ was “the only Hungarian parliamentary party in Vojvodina, in Serbia, since 1996.” “The community can still count on us,” he added.

RMDSZ

Hunor Kelemen, leader of the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania (RMDSZ), on Monday congratulated the Tisza Party and its leader, Péter Magyar, on their election victory. Kelemen noted in a post on Facebook that the Hungarian election took place with a record high turnout. Hungarians “both here and across the border” exercised their right to decide in large numbers, he added.

He also noted that RMDSZ had supported Fidesz-KDNP in the Hungarian election campaign. In an interview with the Transylvanian news portal Krónika last week, he said the alliance’s support for Fidesz was based on its policy sea change towards the nation across the borders in 2010. He added in the interview that Tisza had been an unknown quantity in this respect, “and most people do not give up what they know for the unknown”.

Shehbaz Sharif took to X to congratulate Magyar Péter on his victory in Hungary’s parliamentary elections, noting that Pakistan values its bilateral relations with Hungary and looks forward to strengthening them further in the future.

  1. All Magyar’s globalist masters are congratulated him as expected. The Hungarian people will be confronted with reality. Fidesz was bad, but globalist puppet Magyar and his party is even worse.
