After more than 40 years, the Hungarian national team will be back in the European Championship. Between June 10 and July 10 you can watch the most exciting matches on a 144m2 giant screen and bet on your favourite team.
Hungary burns in EURO fever this summer which is not surprising: we have not been so excited for the national team since Lajos Kű’s unforgettable score in 1972. This year we brought you the perfect venue to cheer for your favourite team every night. Margaret Island Athletic Centre is waiting for you with a 144m2 live screen, enormous grandstands and a variety of exciting activities.
Join your friends under the national flags, play table soccer or take part in the Teqball competition – you might even win a prize! In case you get tired just relax in our chill area, have a cocktail, or visit our gastro promenade where you will find a great selection of delicious food and drinks.
For the sake of experience we provide you different fan zones together with mobile applications. Use Soccer Island Fans to upload your pictures and videos, and shout ‘Go Hungary!’ in our Soccer Island Sound app to join the loudest cheer of the country and support the national team. Watch for the LuckyCam in the halftime of each game browsing the crowd, looking for the most enthusiastic fans who will win valuable gifts.
