Budapest has a special term because Hungary has an extreme cold weather and the Danube river is rarely seen in this frozen state which occurred 5 years ago last time.

“I captured the rare view Of the frozen Danube in Budapest. I spent three days in my hometown to capture the way we see it very few times,” Tamás Rizsavi said.
