A Hungarian man who was injured in the Brussels attack no longer needs intensive care
A Hungarian lawyer, Péter N., who got injured during the Brussels attack has recently been discharged from the intensive care unit, and is supported by his wife, blikk.hu writes.
Péter N. got injured last Tuesday, and needed intensive care. The hospital has recently moved him to another unit, and his condition is improving day by day. Another Hungarian, who works at the airport, was also injured.
Péter N. got injured at the metro station, when he was on his way to the Hungarian Permanent Representation in Brussels, where he works as a judicial diplomat. His ribs were badly injured in the explosion and he had internal bleeding. N. had to undergo surgery, and was put into a medically induced coma for several days, but his condition seems to be improving.
According to Bors, Péter N. was recently discharged from intensive care, but is still hospitalized. His wife, Erika, who also works in Brussels, took time off from her work to be able to care for her husband.
