There have already been hot days in the summer, but this heat will last for a long time: it has been lasting for several days, but it will keep rampaging the whole next week.

Due to the long-term heat, red alert, which is the highest level, has been issued; and at the same time, the meteorological services have also issued a fist-level warning because of the risk of violent thunderstorms and downpours across the country.

The National Weather Service wrote in its new warning: the heat continues to increase, the average temperatures are expected over 27 degrees across the country, privatbakar.hu said.

In addition, thunderstorms can occur in a few places most of the day, but in several places from the late afternoon and evening hours. A few fierce thunderstorms can also occur, which can be accompanied by stormy, 70-90 km/h wind gusts, hail and local rainstorms – they added.
