Amazing! Tesla store to open in Budapest!

Hungary will soon welcome Tesla models in the first shop opening in the capital. The American company is so close to introducing the models to the Hungarian market that now it is possible to sign up for test drives.

The smallest and most affordable Tesla model is the Model 3. According to HVG, the company will introduce it to Europe in March this year. It seems like the cars will arrive in Hungary around the same time, as the message on the Tesla webpage suggests:

“Starting from Spring 2019, you can get up-close and personal with Tesla models. Universal Leasing Ltd. is opening a Tesla store in Budapest.”

In addition, as long as you have a Model 3 order number, you can sign up to test drive one of the models.

Apparently, the Tesla store in Budapest is going to belong to Universal Leasing Ltd., the Hungarian company that has been in contact with the regional centre of Tesla, while they will also get support from Tesla DACH operating in countries like Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

The Hungarian representatives aim to help both customers who placed an order a while ago as well as new enthusiasts, not only when it comes to the Model 3 but also with Model S and Model X cars.

The first store in Budapest will be opened near Petőfi Bridge, on the Pest side of the Danube. There is reasonable chance to believe that there might open a service station close to the salon as well. However, that is still some time away; until then, Tesla owners have to take their cars to Austria for check-ups.
