American Success In The World’s Strongest Man Contest In Budapest

Giants Live was organized in Budapest, for the third time here. After Forma 1, this competition is the most viewed sport event taking place in Hungary, the Hungarian news agency (MTI) reports.
MTI said, Giants Live is The Official Worlds Strongest Man Qualifying Tour(WMS) which stages between four and eight tournaments per calendar year. Taking place all over the world, athletes get the chance to qualify for the official yearly World’s Strongest Man title. Budapest was the next stop on the Giants Live global tour.
At each tournament or Grand Prix up to twelve international strongman come together and compete over six events. The top 3 at each contest gain an invitation to compete in the World’s Strongest Man contest for that same year. WSM events include the Truck Pull, Log Lift, Motor Bike Carry, The Pillars of Hercules, Car Deadlift, Tyre Flip, Atlas Stones and more.
According to MTI, the overseas competitor has triumphed in this exciting „close fight”. Jason Bergmann reached the same score as the youngest competitor, the 21-year- old Slovenian Matjaz Belsak. Finally Jason Bergmann won the Giants Live Budapest due to his victory in many events. The British Eddie Hall finished third.
Reprecenting Hungary, Tamas Hajnal finished in tenth place, while Janos Sebesteny became the twelfth.
