It has already been very hot in Hungary, but next week, we can expect desert heat. Do not leave your hat and sunscreen at home when you leave the house! And of course, do not forget to drink lots of water.
Sunday – 19 June
Sunday will be bright and sunny, dry weather with hardly any clouds in the sky. In the transdanubian region and in the north, the wind will become stronger. High temperatures will be between 29 and 34 °C.
According to the weather forecast website Időkép, next week, we can expect heat that is close to that of the Sahara! On the first day of the week, for example, we should expect a maximum of 36 °C with strong UV radiation.
Monday – 20 June
Highs of 31-37 °C are expected with a brisk, sometimes strong south-southwest wind. There will be plenty of sunshine in most parts of the country, but a cold front may approach from the northwest in the evening, bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms in the west and northwest.
Tuesday – 21 June
On Tuesday, a cold front will bring strong northwest winds. Temperatures will ease by only a few degrees, with a range of 26-32 °C in the afternoon. At the same time, the sun will be shining a lot, with occasional clouds and a few showers.
