Flex Gym

Located in Márvány Street (near Déli Railway Station), Flex Gym is a professional, well-equipped gym offering a great variety of different strength machines, benches, and cardio machines. 4% Fitness near Kálvin Square is the largest gym in downtown Budapest. Characterised by a unique design and atmosphere, the building in which the gym is located dates back to 1876. Over the past few years, the “dungeon-like” 4% Fitness has undergone significant alterations and renovations. For example, the domed room, which extends beyond the walls of the building and was used as a coal storage facility for 200 years, now functions as a boxing area.

The constantly expanding machine park consists of more than 50 different strength machines, benches, cardio machines, and dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 60kg. The gym also awaits visitors with a functional training room with kettlebells, TRX, jump boxes, a battle rope, a squat rack, crossfit cardio machines and last but not least, with a friendly and helpful staff.

Hungarian Mecca of Bodybuilding

The world’s most famous gym Gold’s Gym Venice was first nicknamed “Mecca” because everyone who became a champion in bodybuilding worked out there in the golden era of the 1970s. Since then, Gold’s Gym Venice has become a professional gym where the most serious bodybuilders and strength athletes work out with ordinary visitors in one community. This idea was brought to Budapest by Mecca Gym.
