Bocuse d’Or European final begins in Budapest – Photos

Budapest, May 10 (MTI) – The European final of Bocuse d’Or, the world’s most prestigious contest of chefs, began in Budapest on Tuesday.

This is the first time for the Hungarian capital to host the contest’s continental event.

There are altogether 20 chefs competing with each other in two days.

On Tuesday, chefs from Iceland, Austria, Norway, Bulgaria, Finland, Germany, Estonia, Spain, Britain and Turkey will prepare their courses.

On Wednesday, chefs from the Netherlands, Italy, Russia, Switzerland, Croatia, France, Belgium, Hungary, Denmark and Sweden will take the floor.

The results will be announced on Wednesday evening.

The Bocuse d’Or world final will be held in Lyon in 2017.
