Who knew? Budapest makes top list of developing tech cities!

Budapest is among the leading developing technology centres in the world, with a well-trained workforce and competitive wages, property consultancy CBRE said on Wednesday.
Drawing on its Global Tech Talent report, CBRE said remuneration for tech talent in the Hungarian capital was among the most competitive in Europe. However, it also highlighted the challenge of talent retention in a city where 30% of salaries go toward housing, a rate unmatched in any of the other 74 cities surveyed in the report.
The Hungarian capital’s tech talent pool stands under 100,000, putting it in the same group as Bucharest, Zagreb or Lisbon, CBRE said. Warsaw has over 150,000 tech workers, and Prague close to 100,000.
