Budapest Stock Exchange has a new chairman
Barnabás Virág, a deputy governor of the National Bank of Hungary (NBH), was elected chairman of the Budapest Stock Exchange at an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday, the resolutions from the EGM show.
Virag replaces Mihály Patai, another NBH deputy governor. The NBH is the bourse’s majority owner.
