According to Origo.hu, no one says to Pal Dardai whom to pick and choose in the Hungarian National Team, but his team against the Romanians was compiled by a computer program. According to him, Hungarian football players are not overpaid, but none of them reach the level of the Champions League. We also learned that the Dardai family misses the traditional annual pig slaughter.

Pal Dardai, coach of the U15 group of Hertha and captain of the Hungarian National Team, went home, to Hungary before Christmas and gave an interview to Morning Show. He said they slaughtered pig every year, but now it would be skipped because they did not have time, and when they arrived to Pecs, he would not answer the calls for a couple of days.

As he put it, he had luck, because the attitude of the national team players was excellent in the training camp, and he felt as if he was in the Bundesliga. He said the defense had been well-organized and they just should have improved their attack. He missed the accustoming, the players should have played more with each other.

According to Dardai, 6-7 joint work needed for an intelligent and 3 months for a less intelligent team in order to be the attck more beautiful and more productive. Dardai was invited to hold a presentation about the attacking footballl – because his Hertha U15 grop plays so beautfil attacking game – in front of hundreds of coaches. The Hungarian team defends well, but attacking is not so good at all, Origo.hu says.

Previously, Dardai said the Hungarian players were overmotivated, they wanted to get praises for good passes, but instead of it, they lost the ball. He added that if one was mentally tired, that was the end, but if one was physically tired, one could endure. If 9 players were playing badly, that was the fault of the coach, but if just two players were not good, the coach could solve the problem with exchanges, said Dardai.
