Fine Art Photography Competition Awards in London – Adrienn Vincze is one of the winners
We are happy to announce the winners of the 3rd international photo art competition „Fine Art Photography Competition Awards”, that were chosen last Saturday in London. We are happy to let you know, that Adrienn Vincze is one of the winners.
Her award-winning picture „Eye of the forest” was nominated first in the photo manipulation category. Adrienn is the first Hungarian female photographer to be awarded in three different categories on the international level. She won her first award last year in nature/wildlife category at this very competition and got awarded in the category architecture in New York in October of the same year. This time she won in the photo manipulation category. Adrienn has 11 international awards, 4 of which are editorial awards from the editors of National Geographic. She won the rest of her awards in London, Paris and New York. Five of them in nature/wildlife category, one in architecture and one in photo manipulation.
This year, more than 6335 participants from 89 nations took part in this competition, which seeks artistic pictures in different themes. This achievement is unique because it is hard be awarded at an international photo competition in three different categories, because usually the ones that win in one category, win again in the same.
As far as I know, I am the only Hungarian who has been awarded in three different categories, nature/wildlife, archtiecture and photo manipulation at an international competition. This achievement can also be considered interesting at a global scale. My picture is a montage. The one picture is a macro photo of the eye of one of my cats, and the other one was made in a forest. The eye of the forest is not only about a cat and the wild side of domesticated animals that is kept deep in their heart, but also means that the forest lives. The trees with the animals in one magical world. When I walk in a forest I never feel alone, I can feel animals being with me and watching me. For me, the eye of the forest is a picture that summarizes these feelings.
Since the early days, photo enthusiast Adrienn Vincze was fascinated with numerous various details of nature and wildlife. She finds major inspiration in the world that surrounds us with rich details of flora and fauna, colors, those miracles of life often invisible to many people. Graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest as an Economist, besides she learns etiology from books. Not only in photography but as an animal ambassador also in the protection of animals actively engaged.
