The NBH fined Alfa VIG HUF 49m (EUR 124,3) for the regulatory shortfalls and HUF 48m (EUR 121,8 m)  for the consumer protection violations.

  1. Isn´t ALFA VIG co-owned by the Hungarian state through Holding Corvinus Nemzetközi Befektetési Zrt.? The old Aegon that could not be sold to Foreigners, strategic importance, control, etc. etc.?

Granted, it is a 45 percent, non-controlling stake, but still.
