Have you ever tried the mighty chimney cake? If yes, you know the drill, if no, you are missing out on something amazing. And it can get even better! According to the philosophy of Anaheim-based House of Chimney Cakes, the options to take this dessert to a whole new level of sweetness are endless 😉
We have shared several articles about the international success of chimney cakes. Among others, it has conquered places like Canada, Taiwan and the Channel Islands. And hopefully, more and more people find out about this divine dessert through our articles 🙂
Getting back to the topic of this article, we came across a video shared on Tastemade’s Facebook page about House of Chimney Cakes, which stuffs the sweet, crunchy, fluffy, irresistible pastry with soft-served goodness.
Thanks to Tastemade’s popularity on the online world (it is one of the leading sites focused on gastronomy and recipes from all around the world), the video has been viewed over a million times in a week.
The video features some of the signature creations of the enterprise: strawberry cheesecake, oreo overload, matcha monster and ‘SO Hungary delicious’.
What is special about the company is that besides working with freshly made dough, they use several organic and vegan ingredients. For instance, they fill the cones with Strauss Farm Organic base soft serve ice cream, while their vegan version is made with the Dole Whip® Pineapple soft serve.
House of Chimney Cakes was founded by Szandra Szabó a fashion model and entrepreneur born in Szeged. Based on the official website, during a trip to the United States, Szandra realised that there were many opportunities for her in America that she could not ignore, and so she decided to move to Los Angeles.
To honour her Hungarian roots and to bring a new taste to Anaheim, California, she founded the House of Chimney Cakes. You can choose from a wide selection of flavours and toppings in the shop, which is located next to Disneyland.
Make sure to drop by if you happen to be in the region!
