Hungarian, Chinese universities sign cooperation agreement
Beijing, November 27 (MTI) – Hungary’s National Public Services University and China’s People’s Liberation Army National Defence University on Friday signed a cooperation agreement under which the two institutions exchange students, lecturers and researchers over the coming years, Brigadier-General Jozsef Padanyi told MTI in Beijing.
Padanyi, vice-rector of the Hungarian university, said the cooperation will enable students and lecturers from the two universities to conduct joint research programmes in areas such as cybersecurity or climate change.
The ongoing reform of China’s military will most likely impact certain fields of that country’s education, “and Hungary has plenty of experience to help out our partners in this area,” Padanyi said.
