Hungarian innovation eliminates queues

According to digitalhungary.hu, diverting personal administration into the digital space is first on the strategic list of most of the companies. One of the most important questions of digitalization is how personal appearance and manual signature can be replaced. The recent Hungarian innovation knows the answer to these.

Although the technology of the electronic signature, that helps diverting personal administration into the digital space, has been present for long, the relatively complicated usage has prevented it from being used widely. However, a new Hungarian improvement may change this.

The user of the XXI. century wants comfort: device-independent solutions are the future

It has been expected for years that the electronic signature will be more and more widespread in everyday use. Although it is widely used among big companies, there are only a few cases when people can use their electronic signature in everyday situations. One of its main reasons may be that the former solutions were quite complicated and not user-friendly: a chip card, a card reader or a special program was needed to sign a document electronically. At least until now.

The user of the XXI. century needs simplicity and comfort: to sign anything electronically via smartphone, tablet or laptop – anytime and anywhere. The basic concept of NETLOCK SIGN’s new generation solution for electronic signatures is device independence itself. This means that no special device is needed if we want to sign a document electronically. The signature system operates in a cloud which is easily accessible via any platform on the Internet. Thus, if we receive a contract via e-mail, for example, we can sign it electronically with the help of our laptop or smartphone safely and comfortably anywhere – Csaba Füzesi, Strategic Product Manager of NETLOCK Kft. responsible for electronic signatures stated.

Simple as an e-mail account, but guarantees safety of a bank account

International researches show that 80-90 per cent of the users would like to settle their contracts or public affairs completely digitally – without personal presence. The solution of the device-independent electronic signature can satisfy these requirements.

The procedure is simple: the user logs into the electronic signature system through the website, and after the personal safety identification he can sign the PDF or Word document digitally with only a few clicks or touches. Up until now, for the same purpose, users needed a card reader connected to a computer or a special software.

The process is comfortable, safe and fast. It is a bit similar to logging in a Gmail or Facebook account and sending a message there. This technology lets the provider legally identify anybody in the digital space, which makes a great part of the personal administration needless. This means that the administration of the personal customer service offices can be diverted into the online space – adds the expert.

Safe like the online bank account

The safety of the new generation electronic signature – regarding identification – is nearly identical with the safety provided by online banks, as it provides identification in several steps. This means that, after logging in, the user gets a password via text message which confirms the signature. This is the same process that the online banks use during online transactions.
