Hungarian police seized cannabis plantation in Budapest apartment
Policemen caught a couple for illegally growing hundreds of cannabis stems in their home on the 28th of February 2019.
Investigators of the Budapest Police Department searched through a home on Budafoki Street, Budapest, where a 31-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman lived, reported police.hu. During the investigation, police officers have found two tents, under which the couple had grown cannabis plants.
The tents were equipped with a ventilator-, irrigation- and light system. Police seized 216 cannabis, more than 9 million Forints in cash (28,300 Euros), mobile phones, other appliances and a laptop.
The two drug dealers were taken into custody and interrogated. The judge proposed that both of them be sent to jail.
