Wonderful photos. I myself do not remember having buckets of water thrown at me by men as a way to celebrate when i was dressed in my best embroidered outfits. I remember having a bit of water off the fingertips tossed in my general direction frm a foot or so distance. This ‘tradition’ must be very new.
