Hungary population decline: 20 thousand people in six months
Budapest, September 22 (MTI) – Hungary’s population decline slowed in the first seven months of the year compared with the same period in 2015 as both the number of births and the number of deaths decreased, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) reported on Thursday.
The figures show that there were 51,882 births in January-July, a 1.4 percent drop from the same period a year earlier. The number of deaths was 72,477, down by 9.7 percent compared with 2015.
The decline in births and the even greater drop in the death rate means that the rate of natural population decline was down by 25.4 percent compared with the same period in 2015.
The number of marriages went up by an annual 17 percent to 28,714.

The government and population better get that remedied quick. Migrants are coming and the E.U. will want to repopulate lower populated countries with muslims.
