Hungary to offer 50 officers to help Slovenian border control
Budapest, October 29 (MTI) – Fifty Hungarian police officers will be given border control tasks on the Slovenian border, authorities agreed on Thursday, as part of preparations for a Hungarian-Slovenian cooperation meeting.
The national police headquarters ORFK said on its website, police.hu, that the cooperation will be sealed by an agreement between the interior ministers of the two countries.
Prime Minister Viktor Orban said after a migration summit in Brussels on Sunday that Hungary is ready to help countries on the migration route.
