Pleasant autumn weather to be expected in Hungary except for today: here’s the forecast

November begins with rain and a chill, but from Tuesday onwards, calm, dry autumn days are expected. Light morning frosts will return, while daytime temperatures will peak between 12 and 17°C, although cloudier areas will remain cooler, according to the forecast from HungaroMet Ltd.
Rainy Monday to be followed by mild autumn weather
On Monday morning, clouds will thicken in the east, then break up from the west by afternoon. Rain and showers will move eastwards, reaching eastern Hungary around midday, while the west dries out. A brisk north-westerly wind will strengthen mainly in Transdanubia, with gusts reaching storm force in the Bakony Hills. Daytime highs will range from 11 to 19°C, warmest in the less cloudy eastern border areas, the Hungarian News Agency (MTI) reported.

By early Tuesday, patchy low cloud may form in the east but will break up to leave mostly clear, sunny skies, except for some cloudier patches along an eastern convergence line. No rain is expected. Winds will ease to light or moderate, with overnight lows between -1 and 8°C and daytime highs of 12 to 16°C.
Second half of the week mild, pleasant
From Wednesday to Sunday, early morning fog and low cloud—sometimes slow to clear—will be followed by bright, dry days. Winds will remain light to moderate from the south, though they may pick up west of the River Rába. Morning lows will hover between -3 and 5°C, with daytime highs generally between 11 and 17°C, cooler in persistently cloudy areas.
A spell of pleasant autumn weather, with crisp mornings and clear, sunny afternoons, is on the horizon.
