Hungary’s leading residential developer to build 500 luxury apartments on the Spanish Riviera

Cordia launches the first phase of ‘360° by Cordia’, its next residential project in Costa del Sol, the Spanish Riviera. This multi-phase development, comprising more than 500 apartments, offers exceptional 360° panorama, excellent location and connectivity, sustainable construction and comprehensive residential options.
Following the success of its multiple award-winning Jade Tower in Fuengirola, Cordia, member of the Futureal Group, is further expanding its presence in the Spanish real estate market, on the Costa del Sol with the launch of 360° by Cordia, a new residential development near Marbella, five minutes’ drive from the sea. The project introduces a new standard of living on the Andalusian coast, combining elevated panoramic views and contemporary architecture.
Positioned on a scenic hillside, the development offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. Residents will be able to see all the way from Sierra Nevada till the African coast. Over the coming years, the development will grow to include more than 500 homes, establishing a new residential landmark in the region. The first phase will consist of 71 apartments across six low-rise buildings, including 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, as well as spacious 4-bedroom penthouses. Each home is designed to harmonise with the natural landscape, featuring generous terraces, private gardens on the ground floor, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interiors with natural light.
“This new project is a natural evolution of our commitment to quality architecture and resident well-being. 360° by Cordia has been conceived as a space to live, breathe, connect, and enjoy in every sense. All in a quiet location but within easy reach.” – says Tibor Földi, Chairman of the Board of Cordia.
Located just five minutes from the beaches of Mijas Costa, the development is also close to Fuengirola (7 minutes), Marbella center (20 minutes), Málaga city and Málaga International Airport (20 minutes). Its strategic position offers easy access to the main transport routes along the Costa del Sol, making it an ideal choice for permanent residence, a second home, or a secure real estate investment.

Comprehensive services and amenities
360° by Cordia offers an extensive range of amenities that cater to diverse lifestyles. These include outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, an indoor spa area with heated pool and infrared sauna, and a fully equipped gym with a dedicated yoga space. Residents will also benefit from co-working facilities, a gastrobar with TV lounge, a gaming lounge with poker room, and a children’s water play area. The services and spaces have been designed to support both relaxation and active, community-oriented living.
The project is set within the Cerrado del Águila area, offering direct access to a 9-hole golf course, tennis and padel courts, and a clubhouse. Nearby, residents can enjoy nature trails and bike paths, as well as the future Grand Green Park of Mijas, which will further enhance the area’s appeal. The development is also close to the traditional Andalusian villages of La Cala de Mijas and Mijas Pueblo, known for their charm, local gastronomy, and panoramic viewpoints.

Architectural concept and sustainability
Designed by HCP Arquitectos, the buildings feature soft, organic forms that integrate naturally into their surroundings. The project will be developed according to BREEAM sustainability standards and will hold a A-rated energy certificate, ensuring environmentally responsible construction throughout all phases. Apartments will include smart home systems allowing residents to control lighting, temperature, blinds, intercom and other functions via a mobile app. Electric vehicle charging stations and 24-hour security will also be available for added convenience and peace of mind.
