La Estancia Polo Cup 2025 – Three unforgettable days of style, sport, and elegance

The La Estancia Polo Cup 2025 once again demonstrated why it is regarded as one of Hungary’s most exclusive summer social and sporting occasions. Over three remarkable days, five teams featuring players from eight different countries competed in a celebration of polo, sophistication, and international camaraderie. More than 500 distinguished guests – including ambassadors, diplomats, and business leaders – gathered to enjoy this unique event in a vibrant and elegant atmosphere.

Friday opening: Unicum House and Zwack experience

Festivities began on Friday at the iconic Unicum House, where players and guests were welcomed with a premium Unicum tasting, gourmet delights, and an engaging introduction to the Zwack brand, its rich history, and its iconic products. This elegant evening set the perfect tone for a weekend filled with fine dining, warm hospitality, and world-class sport.

Saturday games and a sophisticated evening

On Saturday, spectators were treated to fast-paced and skilful polo matches at the picturesque La Estancia farm near Etyek.

The day concluded with a stylish rooftop cocktail reception at BiBo’s, followed by the traditional polo dinner at the Pavilon Restaurant of Hotel Dorothea. Around 80 select guests enjoyed exquisite cuisine and a captivating musical performance by György Lakatos and emerging soloists. Wines were provided by the Argentinian Ojo de Agua winery (Werner Meier / Yellow).

A spectacular Sunday Finale: La Estancia Polo Cup 2025

Sunday began with the dramatic arrival of some guests by helicopter. The final day of the event was officially opened by Her Excellency Lorena Capra, Ambassador of Argentina, and Uwe Zimmermann. A vibrant parade of players, led across the field by Defender vehicles, preceded the grand final.

Culinary experiences were curated by Hotel Dorothea, Fishmonger, Unicum, Franui, Obovo Wines, Peroni Beer, Garai Water, and Continental Cigars, with Berkel and Coninvest playing key roles in the exceptional catering. Another important partner of the event was Areus, GanzKK, Gold Maison (luxury real estate Dubai), Turkish Airlines, Redmills/Horsefeed, Herz Coffee, Cremant Arthur Metz, Drivingcamp and Viwa Vitamine Tea.
