DPD is a scammers company. The courier never came to my door. Twice he invented that nobody was at home. He didn’t five a missed call nor pushed the doorbell hence courier never came but was lying reporting in the system that he was. When I wrote email to complain, they told me to go to the 15th district office to collect it myself, I told them that I will not go to pick it up and that the courier never came and it was his duty to bring the delivery at my door. Instead of doing their job, the next day I got a notification that DPD sent the package back to the origin. Where can I report this crime? I would like to make DPD accountable for not doing their job and make them pay for it. If someone reading here can give me info on how to report them, let me know. I have all the emails as evidence
