Movies to be shot in Budapest in 2017

You could bump into several actors because quite a few movies, series will be shot in Budapest this year.
Red Sparrow – Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence will play the role of Putin’s secret service’s attractive spy, whose most effective weapon is her appeal. The movie is directed by Francis Lawrence, who has worked together with Jennifer in The Hunger Games movies. The film is based on onetime CIA agent Jason Matthews’ 2013 bestseller and the gist of the story is that the onetime ballet dancer has to seduce a young CIA agent. Red Sparrow will premiere on the 10th of November, so the shooting will start soon. Rumours have it that the actress has already arrived in Budapest.
The Terror
The AMC channel bases its new series on Dan Simmons bestseller, which is set in 1847, when a mysterious predator attacks the participants of an artic expedition. The list of producers include names like Ridley Scott and David W. Zucker. Several actors known from Game of Thrones will appear in the series. Rome’s Julius Caesar aka Ciaran Hinds and Outlander’s Tobias Menzies will also fight the predator.
