Multiple fatalities reported in crash in U.S. state of Pennsylvania
Multiple people were killed and a few others injured after a crash involving several vehicles in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania early Sunday morning, local media reported.
The crash involved a tour bus, two tractor-trailers and passenger vehicles and a part of the turnpike where the incident happened was closed in both directions,
the reports said.
Pennsylvania Turnpike spokesman Carl DeFebo was quoted as saying that a “prolonged closure” of the turnpike is likely, but he didn’t give the specific number of the dead and injured.
