Canada, Thailand welcomes again Hungarian poultry
Canada and Thailand have lifted restrictions on imports of Hungarian poultry introduced due to an outbreak of highly pathogenic bird flu, national food safety authority Nébih said on Friday.
Canada’s ban on Hungarian poultry products was lifted on June 16 and Thailand’s on June 25, Nébih said. The authority added that the restrictions were lifted thanks to Hungary’s swift measures to contain the spread of the bird flu.
