Coronavirus – Budapest thermal baths, Fine Arts Museum, National Gallery closed
Budapest’s Museum of Fine Arts, and its affiliated museums, the National Gallery, the Hopp Ferenc Museum of Asian Art, and the Vasarely Museum will stay closed from Tuesday, in view of the coronavirus epidemic.
The Fine Arts Museum said in a statement on Monday that the museums would offer a wide variety of digital programmes, such as a complete video tour of the National Gallery’s two temporary exhibitions.
The thermal baths in Budapest will be closed due to the corona virus, so for example Széchenyi and Gellért will not open until further notice.
