Hungarian city of Veszprém to be European Capital of Culture in 2023 – Photos
The beautiful city of Veszprém will be the European Capital of Culture in 2023. The city council made a joint decision with the runner-up Győr, Debrecen and the Estonian Tartu (which will take over the title in 2024).
