PM Orbán: Hungary committed to cooperation with Germany
Hungary is committed to maintaining and developing its cooperation with Germany, which it considers a key partner, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said in a congratulatory letter to Olaf Scholz on the occasion of his swearing-in as Germany’s new federal chancellor.
Hungary considers its centuries-long ties with Germany, the change of regime in central Europe and the opening of the inner German border that lead to Europe’s reunification crucial factors in the two countries’ bilateral relations, the PM’s press chief cited Orbán as saying in the letter.
Orbán also invited Scholz to the Visegrad Group-Germany prime ministerial summit to be held in Budapest next year.

I give Olaf six months. The coalition will fall apart because his minor partners will want to run the show.
