Two women and a man suspected of organising child prostitution in Budapest have been arrested, the Budapest Prosecutor’s Office told MTI on Saturday.
The children in question were sent to ply their trade on a promenade along the River Danube in downtown Budapest, it said.
The three suspects, all in their early fifties, took charge of the money, while the male suspect was also involved in transporting the victims to the promenade, the office said.
They are also suspected of having committed other crimes, including human smuggling, it said.
