No stopping: Wizz Air introduces two new routes!

Wizz Air is adding two new direct flights to its network. From Debrecen to Rome and from Budapest to Glasgow will soon be available with the Hungarian airline.

Two new flights with Wizz Air

“Rome will be a long-awaited destination for Wizz Air in Debrecen from December, so we are particularly pleased to announce this new flight today. At the beginning of the year, we set a target of 250,000 passengers by 2023, to which I believe the previously announced flights to Hurghada and Rome will contribute greatly” said TamĂ¡s KirĂ¡ly, Managing Director of Debrecen International Airport Ltd.

From December, Wizz Air will operate a flight from Debrecen Airport to Rome. The other new destination is Glasgow, Scotland. From 14 November, instead of Edinburgh, you can fly from the Hungarian capital to the largest city in Scotland.

“At Wizz Air, we are constantly striving to offer our passengers the widest possible range of routes, as demonstrated by these new destinations, rich in cultural and gastronomic experiences. We are proud of the opening of new routes and are committed to continuing to offer our passengers a high quality service. We are looking forward to welcoming our passengers on board our new flights,” utazomajom.hu quotes Zsuzsa Trubek, Communications Manager of Wizz Air, as saying.

The Budapest-Glasgow service will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 14 November. Ticket prices are available from HUF 9890 (EUR 25.5). From Debrecen, flights will commute to Rome-Fiumicino airport on Wednesdays and Fridays. The first flight will depart on 13 December. Tickets are available from HUF 5790 (EUR 15).
