Pictures that highlight why you need to visit Hungary – Panoramas
Now that the restrictions are slowly being lifted, here are some spots that offer you incredible views. Some are out in nature, while others are in the city, and some somewhere in between, so you have a variety of choices.
Búbánatvölgy
The valley has three different hills surrounding it, all three providing an excellent panoramic view. You can even see Slovakia on the other side of the Danube.
Boszorkánykő
A beautiful double rainbow was visible from the “Witches’ rock” the other day.
Citadel and Gellért Hill
This one is perhaps the most well-known and popular amongst tourists. And as we have reported before, it is going to be renovated.
Fisherman’s Bastion and the Buda Castle
This is also a tourist hot spot. No wonder, as both the buildings and the view from them are stunning.
360 Bar
If you would like to party, have a drink, and enjoy Budapest’s beauty, then this is the place for you.
Sas Hill
Another hilltop, another unmatched view. (Disclaimer: storm clouds may or may not be there when you visit.)
