Property developer Graphisoft signs EUR 16.5m credit agreement
Budapest, December 28 (MTI) – Real estate developer Graphisoft Park on Monday signed an agreement for a ten-year 16.5 million euro credit line with Erste Bank, the company posted on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange.
The company, a subsidiary of Graphisoft Park SE, will be able to make use of the National Bank of Hungary’s latest growth and lending programme and also get exchange rate and interest rate risk coverage with the deal. Graphisoft’s plans are to build 8,000 square metres of new office space and a three-level car park for 300 cars with the loan.
The deadline for signing supplementary agreements, meeting the final conditions for the loan and drawing down the funds for the first time is January 20, 2016.
