Hungarian state secretary: Vienna terrorism threat ‘dire warning’ for Europe
The murder of children in Southport and the threat of terrorism in Vienna are a “dire warning for Europe”, Bence Rétvári, the parliamentary state secretary of the interior ministry, said in a statement issued by the ministry on Saturday.
“The safety of the public is at grave risk because of migration,” Rétvári said, pointing to the cancellation of Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna, “the most liveable city in Europe”, because of the threat of terrorism, and the murder of three young girls and the injury of eleven more people by a migrant youth from an African background in the UK, leading to unrest on the streets there. He also noted that Algerian migrants had recently stabbed to death and beheaded a Spanish man on a street in the centre of Valencia.
“Shocking events are taking place on a daily basis from Sweden to Italy that would never have happened without migration,” he said. He added that crimes were being committed not only by those who had recently arrived in Europe, but by the children of migrants, too, “because Europe can’t and doesn’t want to integrate them”, he added.
“Pro-migration politicians still can’t face the reality: they advocate for tolerance and thus sacrifice public safety,” he said.
He reiterated Hungary’s position against illegal migration and for protecting the country’s borders and noted that while Hungary’s crime rate had fallen close to 60pc, the public safety situation in pro-migration countries had deteriorated. While Hungary hosts the matches of Israel’s national football team because of the highest levels of security in Europe, the number of anti-Semitic attacks in pro-migration countries has shot up, he added.
“European citizens can only be safe if there are fundamental changes to the policy of Brussels and the goal becomes stopping migration instead of facilitating it,” he said.

The perpetrator of the Southport attack was born in Cardiff, Wales. A motive for the attack has not been identified.
The post-truth approach to facts by our Politicians is disconcerting, to say the least. Fuelling the misinformation campaign!
How did we get here? Let´s go with The Daily Telegraph – not particularly left leaning:
“Bernadette Spofforth, 55, wrongly claimed on X, formerly Twitter, that the suspect in the killing of three girls outside a Taylor Swift dance class was an asylum seeker who had recently arrived in the UK by boat.
The false accusation, which was promoted across social media by far-Right accounts and Russian bots, has been blamed for sparking riots which spread across the country.”

In fairness to the Hungarian minister concerned, he expressly highlighted the issue with integrating even the children of people with an immigrant background; a crime being perpetrated by someone that was born locally and may even be a citizen does not invalidate concerns about how their immigrant background may have played a role in radicalising them. In fact, it’s far from uncommon to find that they turn against the host country due to a variety of factors. The ongoing case of Shamima Begum in the UK is a good example; a child that was born and raised in a host country and even had British citizenship but decided to reject the host country’s system of values and declared allegiance to ISIS. Her citizenship was stripped from her and the Supreme Court in the UK decided it was both lawful and in the national interest to do so.

Terrorists forced the cancellation of Taylor Swift’s concert in Austria. Guess what, it was not the Austrian people that threatened to kill their compatriots but criminal illegal aliens or their descendants. Austria, it is time to send those people to their home countries.

Norbert, I wonder if you ever heard the name of FBI Director Wray. He has warned the US Congress on several occasions that terrorists are entering the country unchecked. Looking at an illegal alien, it is impossible to tell if the person is a terrorist or a future asset to the country. Many countries do not co-operate therefore it is impossible to get reliable date on the would-be entrant.
Now, let us discuss the murder of 3 British girls. The murderer was a descendant of a Rwandan refugee; the parents did not teach their child that murder of young girls is unacceptable.
To add fire to the already existing illegal migration problem, Starmer was siding with Muslims and illegal migrants instead of sympathizing with victims or victims’ families.
I may be naive, but I would not expect either a President or Prime Minister to support an unassimilated group or descendant murderer of a migrant family over the murders of young girls, girls that are citizens.
Hungarians are lucky that they can go to sleep at night knowing that they will not be murdered or stabbed by illegal criminals and furthermore, the support of these criminals do not fall on the shoulder of the Hungarian public.
It is time to reinstate legal immigration in the EU and deport all those that lied their way into EU nations.

Norbert, for your information and for the information of all supporters of illegal migration, consider the following statistic.
According to Fondapol, a French think tank, between 1979 and May 2021, at least 48,035 Islamist terrorist attacks took place worldwide, causing the deaths of at least 210,138 people
