Rita Ora to perform her first solo concert in Budapest this year!

Kosovo-Albanian British singer Rita Ora, who has previously performed at several Hungarian festivals, will give her first solo show in Hungary at Budapest Park, organisers have announced. Her latest album was released in 2023.
After several festival appearances in Hungary, Rita Ora will give her first standalone concert in the country this summer. The world-famous British singer-songwriter is set to perform her biggest hits on 29 July at Budapest Park, organisers Live Nation announced on Thursday.
Also known for her work as an actress and fashion icon, Ora has amassed around ten billion streams worldwide and released numerous chart-topping tracks, including How We Do (Party), R.I.P. and I Will Never Let You Down.
Her third studio album, You & I, was released in 2023 and quickly climbed to the top of the UK Independent Albums Chart. Influential American magazine Rolling Stone described the record as an “impressive collection of love songs”. The album features hits such as Praising You, recorded with Fatboy Slim, and You Only Love Me.
So far, thirteen of her songs have reached the UK Top 10. She was also among the first artists to receive the BRIT Billion Award after surpassing one billion streams in the United Kingdom.
Like Dua Lipa, Ora is of Kosovan Albanian origin. Born Rita Sahatçiu in Pristina, she was just one year old when her family fled to England during the Yugoslav wars. Her father changed their surname to Ora to make it easier to pronounce. She began singing in her family’s pub, and first came to wider attention in 2007, appearing on Craig David’s track Awkward.
