Ronaldinho shot world cup video in Budapest

The world famous football player spent one day in the capital, shooting a music video for one of the official songs of the 2018 FIFA World Cup to be held in Russia, origo.hu reported.

The shooting took place in an abandoned and run-down market hall in the 9th district called Nagyvásártelep. As Ripost writes, the celebrity amazed the crew with his down-to-earth character and friendliness. He was happy to take photos both with the crew and the young football fans who served as extras in the music video. He even signed their balls at the end and did some tricks for the kids.

As one of the crew members told Ripost, he introduced himself to everyone and was glad to talk to anyone with the help of an interpreter. Ronaldinho’s part in the video included doing a Brazilian trick and then kicking in one of the first-storey windows of the hall from 40 meters away.

Ronaldinho was accompanied to Budapest by the rapper Nicky Jam, who makes an appearance both in the video and the song (see our featured image), recorded in Budapest. The song also features Will Smith, who came here to shoot his newest film in May, as we have reported, too. Smith recently posted a photo of himself on top of the Opera Building:
