Summer Evening Concerts In The Budapest Zoo
The evening concert series in the Budapest Zoo will begin on June 25th and end on August 21st. Within this programme series there will be nine concerts altogether, with Calcutta Trió, Pátkai Rozina, Vujicsics Ensemble, and the Budapest Bár among others, budapest.hu reports.
The detailed programme is scheduled as follows:
25 June 2014, Wednesday at 20:30, at the Varázshegy (the Magic Mountain), Csillagtér
Calcutta Trió – guests: Sandhyadipa Kar, Odissi dance performer and Bhangra Dance Group
2 July 2014, Wednesday at 20:30, at the Varázshegy, Csillagtér
Pátkai Rozina and her band
(before the concert the Brazilian Samba Group will perform starting at 19:30)
9 June 2014, Wednesday at 20:30, at the Varázshegy, Csillagtér
Romengo ensemble – guest: Mihály Dresch (saxophone)
16 June 2014, Wednesday at 20:30, at the Főkapu tér (the square in front of the Main Gate)
