Telephone hotline in English, Hungarian opens for visitors of summer sports events

Budapest2017 LLC., the company organising and conducting the 17th FINA World Championships and the 17th FINA World Masters Championships is to provide call centre services to conduct the tournament smoothly as well as to manage any questions, issues, matters arising.

The call centre with Hungarian and English speaking operators will be available between 29 June and 22 August.

The call centre will be operated 0-24 between 6 and 30 July, otherwise it will be available between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.

EMERGENCY CALL: 112

In the call centre menu those choosing the emergency call option will receive a message instructing them to dial 112 to reach the emergency line in accordance with National Police Headquarters (ORFK) provisions.
