Concrete block of flats are not the most beautiful parts of Hungary, but one third of the people of Budapest live in these buildings. With a little creativeness, ideas and humour, these flats can be exciting and liveable. FŐTÁV wants to make real this idea. The first station is the heating wires in Újpest.

A public vote will decide about the first 50 places.  After that, a professional jury will choose the best three. The winner gets a Macbook Air, the second and third places get an Iphone 5C, and also the voters can win an Ipod nano.

Playing the game is as follows: you can play by an application in Facebook. You can use the drawing program in the application or you can use your own software, and then you have to upload your work. The competitor who gets the most likes, also wins an Iphone 5C. The winning work will be done by Color City, the first legal wall painter group in Hungary, varosban.blog.hu says.
