In the following article you can check the names of the districts and streets where your car is most likely to be stolen.
On an civilian website you can report a stolen car. The International Car Hunting Association (Nemzetközi Autóvadász Közhasznú Egyesület) received 2242 reports of theft, 1782 of which came from Budapest. The makers of the website autovadasz.eu of the Association think that such a big database is suitable to provide valuable statistics of the mostly affected areas.
