We present to you some of the most famous, internationally acknowledged Hungarian models.

Barbara Palvin

She is probably the most popular Hungarian model currently as it seems like her career keeps flourishing. She has more than 4 million followers on Instagram, where she frequently posts pictures with celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio or Justin Bieber. She was only 13 years old when her beauty was discovered. Her international career started in 2010 and after a year she was posing for prestigious magazines like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Muse and teen Vogue. She later became the face of brands like Chanel Beauty. Tommy Hilfiger, L’Oréal.

Enikő Mihalik

Enikő was 15 years old when she was discovered in a mall. She entered international limelight in 2006, since then she is signed on by fashion companies and magazines like Vogue, MaxMara, Gucci, Victoria’s Secret and Harper’s Bazaar. The smiling model is not shy at all, she has taken part in several naked photo shoots. Curiosity: she loves cartoons, home flavours, sushi and excursions.

Zsófia Srej

Sophie Srej was discovered on a bus at the age of 18, but her parents only let her start modelling after her high school graduation. And then she broke into the fashion world like a blazing star. Her beautiful green eyes and tall figure first attracted Calvin Klein’s attention, which was followed by several offers from different brands. Curiosity: she loves lazing around, massages, her mother’s roasted duck and her father’s sour paprika filled with feta cheese.

Vanessa Axente

The 20-year-old, unique named model debuted on the runway of Chanel. Since then, she has worked with brands like Harper’s Bazaar, the Italian Vogue and Revolution, and walked the runways of Givenchy, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen etc. She is currently ranked on models.com Top 50 Models list.

Réka Ebergényi

She premiered in the world of fashion relatively late at the age of 21. After some hardships in the beginning, she became the face of Lancome and worked with – among others – Rolex, Armani and Gap. In 2002, she was one of the first Hungarian models to take part in the famous Victoria’s Secret Show. Her daughter, Mara, was born in 2012.
